When you contact IMORI FILMS through this website, email, WhatsApp or other business channels, we may collect your name, email address, company or brand name, website or social-media details, budget range, project deadline, enquiry information, project correspondence and information needed for quotations, contracts and invoices. We may also receive limited technical, browser, device, security or basic website-usage information from our website or service providers.
HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION
We collect information when you submit the website enquiry form, email us, contact us through WhatsApp, request a quotation, commission a project or communicate during a project. We may also receive business contact information from publicly available professional sources where reasonably necessary for legitimate business communication.
WHY WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use information to respond to enquiries, understand projects, prepare quotations, take pre-contractual steps, provide services, communicate during projects, issue invoices, maintain records, protect against fraud or security threats, resolve disputes and comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

The project enquiry form may collect Name, Email, Company or brand, Website or Instagram, Budget range and Project deadline. Name, Email and Budget range are required. Other fields may be optional. This information is used to assess and respond to enquiries and does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing list.
WHO WE SHARE INFORMATION WITH
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only where reasonably necessary with Framer for website hosting and forms, Domenai.lt and associated email infrastructure, professional advisers, technology, storage or production providers, and public authorities where required by law.
INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Where providers process information outside the United Kingdom, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate safeguards and lawful transfer mechanisms.
RETENTION

Enquiries that do not become projects may normally be retained for up to 12 months; project, contractual and accounting records may normally be retained for up to 6 years after completion; longer retention may apply where required by law or a legal claim.

MARKETING
Submitting an enquiry does not automatically enrol you in marketing communications. IMORI FILMS does not currently use the enquiry form for a newsletter mailing list.
